Summary: Health Insurance Assistance (WithinReach)
Description:

You can visit one of WithinReach’s satellite locations for health insurance assistance. Our state-certified staff is ready to help you understand your options, and can even assist you in filling out an online application for health insurance. For application assistance come to our drop in site at the King North CSO from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. You should bring the following information for all applicants: a Social Security number, date of birth, tax filing status, and information on any current coverage. You may need to bring an electronic form of payment (to cover the first month’s premium). For those who can’t provide a Social Security number, a passport or green card can serve as substitute.
